The 30-Day Sports Performance Program is the opportunity for you to work towards becoming the best version of yourself, both in terms of your overall health and your sporting ability.

It is perfect for people who have a desire to increase their sporting performances and to understand, through DNA testing, what your body needs to perform at it’s best.

The program is divided into 3 phases, each designed to work together to create a sum, or Σ in Greek, which is greater than the sum of the individual parts.

At the beginning there is a research phase, to fully understand how it works and what to expect.

Then we enter the main “Action” phase, which takes 30 days to complete.

At the end of the program there is a reflection phase, to review how far you have come during the journey.

Each of the phases are detailed below.


Prior to starting

Once you have subscribed to the Percent-Σdge program, you work with your mentor to select the best date to begin the 30-Day Sports Performance program. Before you start you will have access to our online resources, which will explain how and why the program works and gives you an introduction to the features available to you on the website.

During this phase you will also complete your 1st Lifestyle Analysis questionnaire, which will give you a snapshot of your overall health prior to the start of the program.


Day 1 – 30

The Rise phase is where we flood your body with top quality nutrition, targetted at the areas required to be at their best to help performance.


Day 30+

During this phase, we will go through your DNA report in detail to determine your optimal nutritional requirements as well as looking at which foods work best with your body.

We will also look at any inherent genetic risks that you may have and what steps can be taken to reduce them.

Congratulations – you will have completed the Percent-Σdge 30-Day Sports Performance program and truly improved your health, performance and cognitive capacity.
