The Food Knowledgebase - Your guide to the approved foods

This is not a diet-plan

All of our Programs encourage healthy eating, and none of them are “diet-driven”.

In order to balance your healthy nutrition with the world-class supplementation that you will be taking, you will be using a low-carb, high phyto-nutrient list of foods.

We call this the “Approved Food List” and during your Program, you can have any items off this list, in reasonable quantities.

To make it easier for you to prepare your food planning – especially if you are not the only person eating in your household, we have split the list into 6 food groups.

The 6 food groups that we have split the approved food list into are;

  • Diary
  • Vegetables
  • Fruit
  • Legumes
  • Protein
  • Seasoning

Food FAQts

Each of the foods in the approved food list have been selected by the medical staff at The Hughes Centre for Research & Innovation for their suitability for use in the Programs that we offer
