Our programs

Program overview

Our programs are divided into phases, each designed to work together to create a sum, or Σ in Greek, which is greater than the sum of the individual parts.

In the beginning, there is a research phase, to fully understand how it works and what to expect. There are then “Action” phases, and finally, at the end of the program, there is a reflection phase, to review how far you have come during the journey.

Dedicated Mentors

Once you have subscribed to a Percent-Σdge program, you work with your mentor to select the best date to begin. Before you start you will have access to our online resources, which will explain how and why the program works and give you an introduction to the features available to you on the website.

During this phase, you will also complete your 1st Lifestyle Analysis questionnaire, which will give you a snapshot of your overall health prior to the start of the program.

Rebalancing yourself

You will begin a high-protein, high-phytonutrient, low-carbohydrate nutrition plan, as well as targeted Nutritional Supplementation, all of which have specific roles to play. Alongside this are light exercise guidelines, as in order to function at the best level, both you and your Gut need exercise.

We need to get you both moving in the right direction, so to speak.

A Cellular level detox

The Reset phase represents the starting point of your journey. You will begin to eliminate certain food groups and start to prepare your body for transformation.

The Release phase delivers an intensive cellular detox, as well as starting your microbiome rebalance. Whilst there is a very specific food intake guide, which is fully detailed for you, you can still prepare, cook or enjoy meals that utilise these food groups – this is not a diet program.

You are unique, so is our advice

Different foods are composed of a great variety of ingredients and constituents. Some have positive effects on our health, while others affect our bodies adversely. Our genes and the resulting health risks also influence the amount of different nutrients we need and the effect different substances have on the body. All of these influence our requirement of certain ingredients, and there is no universal nutritional plan that applies to everyone. Your genetic analysis has enabled us to identify those food ingredients you should increase in your diet, as well as those you are recommended to avoid.

Genetic algorithms

Some foods contain both positive and negative ingredients so the quantity of a given ingredient is often important. In order to simplify the planning process for you, we have included the Food Table, which evaluates hundreds of foods according to your genes. Using a complex algorithm, it evaluates the major ingredients of each individual food, as well as the typical portion size based on your genetic profile.

Next, we will go through the list and choose food items that contain as many green apple icons as possible and minimize food items in the red area in your future diet. The better you follow these instructions, the better your diet will neutralize your genetic weaknesses and use your genetic strengths to maintain optimal health.
