Benchmark Analysis of your Health

Imagine you are a car...

Imagine we are talking about car maintenance, not your health. With car maintenance, it is important to make sure your car is properly looked after if you want it to last as long as you’d expect it to. If you want to avoid costly repairs and the inconvenience that comes with breakdowns, then you keep it healthy.

A car that’s well taken care of can also be more fuel efficient, and therefore less expensive to run than a vehicle that is neglected.

Now think about that and instead of your car, imagine we are talking about you.

Makes sense doesn’t it!

The journey to a better YOU

Before you begin on any journey, you need to understand 2 things – where you want to get to, and where you are starting from.

Ideally, you want a top-to-toe assessment so that you can see the areas that need the greatest attention and work on the weakest link first and foremost.

That is why the first thing we do is provide a benchmark analysis of your health

Doctor designed questionnaire

By rating your core body systems from poor to very good, you can easily see what needs the most help.

During a 30 minute session, we take you through a lifestyle analysis questionnaire, designed by the doctors at The Hughes Centre for Research & Innovation, to discover what life is like for you right now.

We want to know what your energy is like, are you sleeping well, what your eating habits are, what stress or anxiety you might be dealing with.

A picture of where you are now

Answers to these kinds of questions paint a picture of how you are feeling and how your body is coping right now. The results are laid out for you in an easy to read graph that rates each of your bodily systems from Poor to Very Good.

The lifestyle questionnaire gives you a holistic view-point that brings all your body systems together.

More energy

For example, let’s say you answer yes to “wanting more energy”. The lack of energy could be a result of your intestinal health, poor circulation, overtaxed nervous system, low immunity, or poor urinary function.

The answers you give to the other questions begin to paint a picture and the result may mean that your digestive health is poor, or your circulatory system is poor.

Our goal

If our aim is the best health your body can achieve for you, then let's look at YOU as a WHOLE being and start your journey from there.

We provide a doctor designed “Before” and “After” to help you measure your progress

Once you complete your program, we re-do the medical lifestyle analysis questionnaire, to show you how each of your core systems have improved. This also shows you the areas to keep a close eye on as you continue to move towards the best version of yourself.
