With over 30 years experience as a senior Executive in some of the world’s largest and innovative companies as well as running 2 internet start-ups, I now follow my passion of helping others achieve their optimal performance.

I have had a long career in health, wellbeing and mindfulness. I am a public speaker and run a global team of health entrepreneurs called the Synergy Heart 2 Heart Team. I train and develop online systems to educate the public on important matters, like my passion for gut health.

As well as Percent-Edge, I am an advanced Personal Trainer at Love Fitness in Henley-on-Thames and a nutritional advisor.

My vision is to live in a world where being an equitable, safe, sustainable and values driven business is second nature and I am committed to promoting action and changes that amplifies the good work of good people in meeting my vision.

I created my business to provide a mentor and coaching service to those in first line management roles whilst operating a charitable arm to support disadvantaged teens in the local community. Inspired by my own life growing up and starting out in the world of work, I was so lucky to have had people in my life who believed in me at a time when I didn't really believe in myself, it made such a difference. Now I just want to give back.

My name is Andi and I’m from Hungary living in the UK with my two beautiful children.

I am a qualified yoga teacher and my passion is to help people finding their true potential, to bring out the best version of themselves. I support them on their journey to feel happy and healthy in their body and their mind.

I look at WHY you have issues and pain by treating the root cause, not just the symptoms. I treat the body as a whole – feeling good from the inside to looking fabulous on the outside.

I have a broad experience in early disease detection and body imbalance, specifically metabolism and cardiovascular health. My passion is educating people in how they can gain their best health and wellbeing, vitality and joy in life.

My background is a mixture of travel as cabin crew for 26 years and a very personal interest in health and wellness. I was always trying to find a way to stay as healthy as possible in an industry, that whilst great fun, did nothing to encourage good health.

My interest in health and wellness came about when my mum died at the age of 55 from a massive, coronary heart attack. I was 25. My dad had had a heart attack at 49, 9 years previously.

It wasn't going to happen to me!

I now help others to become the best versions of themselves, with qualifications and experience in Personal Training and Lymphatic Massage. Having hung up my wings three years ago, Lymphatic Massage and Percent-Edge Mentoring is what I now do.

I come from a line of crazy South Africans. My Granddad is in the Guinness Book of World Records for being the oldest person to do the highest bungee jump at the age of 96!

Both my parents ran, scuba dived, and parachuted their way through their younger years. Now in their mid-sixties they have settled down to mountain biking extreme trails that I can only follow with my heart in my mouth.

I have always had a fascination with the human body and I knew that I wanted to work with sports people. A degree in Sport Rehabilitation and Sport Science Degree soon followed. I graduated in 1998 and got straight out to work. Knowing that I wanted to treat my clients holistically led me to explore the inextricable link between the body, the mind and nutrition. The tools I added to my box along the way were a Functional Biomechanics Diploma, Sports Massage, Kinesiology, Reiki, NLP, ITEC in Nutrition and Raw Food Chefing.

After having my own health issues which I used as my wake up call, I now enjoy helping others achieve Elite Health.

I love taking clients through the Percent-Edge programs, to see them take control back of their own health and wellness.

My background is a midwife for 9 years, a Bowen therapist for 15 years and a gut health and wellbeing coach for 9 years (alongside my Bowen practice).

I take each individual through their own client journey, helping them discover and often re-discover their passions and dreams in life. Together whichever route they wish to take, we create a realistic plan for their lifestyle with high expectations of personal, spiritual and financial growth.

I love to work with people who have a passion about life. People who want to serve and have a positive outlook, who believe they are the creator of their own destiny and will stop at nothing to create that. I love to help break down old belief patterns that no longer serve them and are actually holding them back from becoming the person they were destined to be.

I am a Flower and Vibrational Essence Practitioner. I also work with Integrated Energy Therapy and Reiki. I see my clients from the comfort of their homes as all sessions are online. The Essences I work with are from all over the world and are created from flowers, trees, plants, gems, animals, environmental and elemental sources.

I am a registered homeopath and gut health coach with over 20yrs experience. I have a complete passion for natural health.

As human beings, we all have the right to choose how we look after ourselves and if we choose to do this by natural means then this should be available to us. It seems to me that the time is now to embrace a holistic approach to health, where all aspects of our lives are taken into consideration and not just the part that is deemed to need fixing.

I believe that we must develop bespoke treatment for each individual and find ways to live healthier, wholehearted lives. Our overall wellness is achieved by finding the balance between what we eat, how we move, how we heal ourselves and how we tap into the things that make our hearts sing.
